Teaching Philosophy:

Take a class with me and this is what you’ll see: lighthearted, genuine care for the texts we study and the people in the classroom studying them. Enthusiasm. Realism. Surprises. A concerted effort to connect what’s read and discussed to who we are and what matters most to us. Immediate replies to late-night emails (more often than I'd care to admit).
